Overview
Zoho creator uses "VIEWS" to display the data collected via Forms. Views are nothing but tables that are automatically populated with data added through a form. Every form, by default, has a view. The name is usually [FORM-NAME] View. Assume you have created a Form called "Employee". A default view named "Employee View" will be created with all the fields in the Employee Form, and is listed in the View Tab, as shown in the screen-shot given below.
The columns in the view can be rearranged by simple drag and drop. You can sort, filter and group your records to create different views for specialized reporting needs. To view the data you have to access the application by clicking the Access this application button.

Given below is the screen-shot of the Employee View that displays the data entered through the Employee Form. By default, the data is displayed as a List with rows and columns of data. You can also display the data as a Grid, Calender, Summary, Chart or create customized HTML views. Refer View Types to learn about the different ways in which you can display data in Zoho Creator.
